Exchange District

Exchange District is a new urban destination with more than 2-million square feet of coveted retail, shopping, dining, office and commercial spaces, boutique hotel, new lush parks and thoughtfully designed public spaces, modern condominium residences, and more… This vibrant new district is adjacent to Square One Shopping Centre and steps to the new Hurontario LRT Rapid transit system.

The Exchange District condominiums is intended to include residential towers, a new hotel, international retailers, casual and fine dining spaces, modern office accommodation, a public square and accessible green spaces.

The plan is to redevelop the nearly 3-acre site at 151 City Centre Drive, located adjacent to Square One and transform it into a high-density modern, mixed-use urban district.
